What This Role Represents The Booking Agent serves as the bridge between our artists and the world. They negotiate performances, coordinate appearances, and help shape the path that leads to greater visibility, income, and long‑term growth. Their work supports both the creative journey and the charitable heartbeat of GCPTALKS.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Booking
•     Secure live performances, tours, community appearances, and special events
•     Identify venues and opportunities that align with our mission and artist values
Negotiation & Contracts
•     Negotiate performance fees, agreements, and rider requirements
•     Ensure all contracts protect the artist and reflect professional standards
Relationship Building
•     Maintain strong connections with promoters, venue managers, talent buyers, and event organizers
•     Represent GCPTALKS artists with professionalism and purpose
Logistics & Scheduling
•     Plan tour routes, coordinate travel, and manage technical needs
•     Keep calendars organized and ensure smooth communication across all parties
Strategic Growth
•     Advise artists on market trends and new opportunities
•     Help shape long‑term performance strategies that support both career and community impact
