From organizing schedules to coordinating vendors, from tracking supplies to supporting our field activities, this role ensures that every part of our mission is aligned and functioning at its best. This is the person who helps bridge the gaps between departments so our work can reach more families, more communities, and more lives.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Coordination
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations that support our charitable and creative projects
• Coordinate deliveries, meetings, and staff schedules
• Manage calendars for internal teams, partners, and community collaborators
Inventory & Asset Management
• Track supplies and maintain essential equipment
• Keep inventory systems updated to support events, outreach, and field operations
Project & Process Support
• Assist with project planning and execution
• Support onboarding for new team members and volunteers
• Help implement organizational policies that strengthen our mission
Field & Community Support
• Coordinate field crews, inspections, and equipment needs
• Support community events, charity walks, and outreach activities
Communication & Reporting
• Serve as a key point of contact between departments, vendors, and leadership
• Ensure information flows clearly and consistently across the organization
